Manual therapy is a clinical approach utilizing specific hands-on techniques focused on treating musculoskeletal problems, which means problems involving all joints and muscles, acute or chronic. With manual therapy, we can address a wide range of conditions including, but not limited to: all joint and muscle problems (sprains, strains, instability, limited mobility), back and neck pain, sport injuries, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, post fractures rehabilitation, acute and chronic problems, postural problems. We combine manual treatments with exercises therapy, taping, dry cupping, and functional neurology if necessary. The source of chronic pain for many arises from very common imbalances and dysfunctional patterns in the musculoskeletal system. Most chronic pain can be relieved with a combination of skilled manual therapy and corrective exercises.
